He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Kabourek and Rose Kabourek (Foral); his wife Judy (Judy); his daughter Annette; his parents-in-law, Joe and Marie Kadavy; his brother Leslie; and his siblings-in-law, Bob Havlovic, Dale Buhl and Laurie Kadavy.
He is survived by: his son Jerry; his daughter-in-law Dee Kabourek of Brainard; his granddaughters, Haley Steinlage (Theo) of Corning, KS, Hannah Kabourek of Lincoln, NE and Hilary Kabourek of Brainard, NE; his great grandchild Colbie; his siblings, John Kabourek (Eldeen), Rita O'Dell, Jim Kabourek (Pam) and William Kabourek (Suzanne); and his siblings-in-law, Kathy Kubik (Darrell), Charlene Havlovic, Mary Jo Buhl and Dan Kadavy. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and good friends.
