He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Dolezal and Rose Dolezal (Kominek); his parents-in-law, Rudolph and Mary Trojan (Zitek); his siblings, Ernest L. Dolezal and Lillian (Dolezal); his siblings-in-law, Joseph Skolnik, Martha (Trojan), Rudy Rejda and Francis Trojan; his daughter Donna (Dolezal); his son-in-law David Orr; and his granddaughter Martha Ahmed (Orr).
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Trojan; his children, Dr. Doug Dolezal (Kathleen) of Lincoln and Monica Bruning (Kurt) of Norfolk; his grandchildren, Kaitlin McCoy (Grey) of Lincoln, Theresa Frohling (Robert) of Lincoln, David Orr of Lincoln and Charles Miller of Lincoln; his great grandchildren, Sara, Silvia and Abram Ahmed; and his sister-in-law Lucille Trojan (Malousek). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, family members and friends.
