He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Woodman and Dorothy Woodman (Morris). He is survived by: his wife Mary Kords of Bradshaw; his son Phil Woodman of Middleton, ID; and his stepchildren, John Hlavacek (Stacy) of Glenrock, WY, Diane Moore (Kurt) of Stromsburg, Joseph Hlavacek (Bobbi) of Payson, AZ, Mary Frank (Stuart) of Winterset, IA and Jayne Crabdree (Jeff) of Parowan, UT. He is also survived by 10 step-grandchildren, and 19 step-great grandchildren.

Memorials may be directed to the family for later designation.
