He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Nitsch and Freida Nitsch (Becker); his daughter Tonya Kay Nitsch; his siblings-in-law, John Kruse, Harold Franssen, Delbert Rembolt and Stella Schaffert; and his nephew Ryan Rembolt.
He is survived by: his sons, Terry Eugene (Karla Nitsch) and Todd Michael (Julie Nitsch); his wife Joyce Nitsch of Boelus; his granddaughters, Brookely (Zach Harston) of Rockville, Karly (Trevin Behrendt) of Rockville and Molly (Tanner Swartwood) of Cairo; his great grandchildren, Jarrett Michael Harston, Emery Kate Harston, Zoey Marie Behrendt, Parker Michael Behrendt and Ryker Eugene Swartwood; his sisters, ImaJean Kruse of St. Paul and LaVera Mae Franssen of Spearfish, SD; and his siblings-in-law, Arlene Rembolt of Chapman and Richard Schaffert of Aurora. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the family to be designated at a later date.
