He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Ray Sr. and Blanche Ellen Brown (Atkin); and his brother Rodney Brown. He is survived by: his wife Hope McGinty; his children, Dezirae Brown of Blue Springs, Angela Suarez of Beatrice, Dillon Brown of Blue Springs, Timothy M. Brown (Shawna) of Beatrice, Daniel Brown (Sherry) of Beatrice and Jeramy Laflin of Lincoln; his siblings, Donna Brown of Beatrice, Diane Patmore of Deshler, Wilbur Ray Brown Jr. (Leora) of Jansen, Laurence Brown (Lisa) of Beatrice and Charles Brown of Beatrice; and his sister-in-law Margaret Brown of Beatrice. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Harman - Wright Mortuary (623 Elk St, Beatrice, NE 68310). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
Memorials are suggested to the family's choice in care of the mortuary.
