Stan Hays Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stan Hays of Blue Springs, Nebraska, born in Diller, Nebraska, who passed away on April 19, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ross Hays and Ethel Hays (Ellis); his daughter Shelly Bellamy; his parents-in-law, Joseph and Helen Bednar; and his brother-in-law Joseph Bednar, Jr..

He is survived by: his daughter Debrah; his wife Mary Ann Bednar of Blue Springs; his daughters, Debbie Ferguson (Steve) of Wymore and Susan Wagner (Ron) of Windsor, CO; his grandchildren, Doug Ferguson (Amber) of Blue Springs, Monica Busboom (Tony) of Filley, Ryan Wagner of Glendale, CO and Brett Wagner (Carolyn) of Wheat Ridge, CO; and his great grandchildren, Rozlyn Ferguson, Avery and Korbin Busboom. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of extended family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Cottonwood Hospice or Wymore United Methodist Church with the funeral home in charge.
