He was predeceased by: his wife Mindy Sue Myers; his mother Delores Baehr; his grandparents, William, Elizabeth Jurgens, Arnold Baehr and Lena Baehr Paben (Henry); his uncle Richard Buss; his aunts, Marilus Baehr and Lynette Baehr; his brother-in-law Jeff Crowley; his cousins, Robby Baehr and Paul Baehr; and his nephew Brandon Crowley.
He is survived by: his children, Devan Baehr of Blue Springs, Shelby Baehr of Kansas City, KS and Preston Baehr of Barneston; his father Arnold Baehr of Blue Springs; his sister Julie Rethman (Patrick) of Parker, CO; his nieces and nephews, Elise Rethman, Kiaya, Avy Myers, Jacob Rethman and Auric Myers; his parents-in-law, Kenneth and Linda Myers; his siblings-in-law, Shelly Crowley and Alec Myers; and his aunts and uncles, Carol Frerichs (Jim), Dorothy Trauernicht (Wayne), Caroline Ideus (Gary), Ruth Buss, Richard Baehr and Donald Baehr.
In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established to the family's choice with Glennys Lienemann in charge.
