He was predeceased by: his wife Martha "Marty" Connolly; his parents, Ed Connolly and Virginia Connolly; his sisters, Nancy Connolly Gonzalez and Willa Connolly Moline; and his brothers-in-law, David Means, Ronnie Merrill, Hank Moline and Roger Riley.
He is survived by: his children, Vicki Lee, Bob Connolly of Kansas City and Roy Connolly Jr. of Grand Island; his grandchildren, Greg Connolly, Crystal Silva, Kaitlyn Lee, Tyler Lee and Taylor Lee; and his siblings, Sharon Connolly Patton of Kearney, Lila Connolly Kubicek (Marvin Kubicek) of Gering, Ed Connolly (Jan) of Bellevue, Judy Connolly Riley of Waukee, Iowa, Janet Connolly Labenz (Don) of Shickley, Gretta Connolly Merrill of Mesa, Arizona, Sue Connolly Heironymus (Gary) of York and Cindy Connolly Means of York.
A celebration of life was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 at the Forge Christian Church (922 E South St, Hastings, NE 68901).
