He was predeceased by: his parents, Erik Gunnare and Anna Gunnare (Innala) of Delmont, SD.; his wife Lianne Gunnare (Beck) of Delmont; his siblings, Carl, Burt, Olaf, Harold, Richard, Ted, Don, James and Anna May Dyce; and his grandson Justin John Gunnare.
He is survived by: his children, Debra Rothenberger (John), Les Gunnare (Kelly), Dwight Gunnare (Ann) and Lori Gunnare (Peter Phelan); his grandchildren, Aaron, Adam, Mallary, Rachael, Christopher, Danielle, Jordan and Kate; his sisters, Ruthie Sharpe and Alice Fuerniss; and his siblings-in-law, Janice Jones (Larry), Carla Beck and Ronald Beck (Marilyn). He is also survived by his wife and four children, love of his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Coins for Change Foundation in memory of his grandson Justin John Gunnare.
