We are sad to announce that on December 13, 2022, at the age of 81, Renee Sazama of Bloomfield, Nebraska, born in Quincy, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Schmidt and Florine Schmidt; and her brother Bob Schmidt. She is survived by: her husband Jim Sazama; her children, Dave Downie of Lincoln, Dawn Salmen (Doug) of Wisner, Bryon Sazama (Crystal) of Kearney and Brenda Hausermann (Brett) of Naponee, Nebraska; her sister Celine Fehringer (Bill) of Pierce, Nebraska; and her siblings-in-law, Bill Sazama (Judy), John Sazama and Carma Sazama of Bloomfield, Nebraska.. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren.
