She was predeceased by: her parents, Rudolph Schlote and Myrtle Schlote (Nelson); her daughter Pamela Olson; her mother-in-law Meta Kumm; her brother Dean Schlote; her sons-in-law, Russell Johnson and Bill Skinner; and her parents-in-law, Jeannette Schlote, Glen Kumm (Bernice), Earl Schnoover (Alice), Harland Kumm (Lavila) and Ted Herbolsheimer (Elizabeth).
She is survived by: her husband Kenneth E. Kumm; her children, Karen Skinner of Palmyra, Connie Dittoe (Bob) of Lincoln, Patricia Steckly (Larry) of Lincoln, Kevin Kumm of Norfolk and Kelvin Kumm (Joleen) of Wausa; her son-in-law Steve Olson of Plainview; her siblings, Leland Schlote of Creighton, Donna Tyler (Larry) of Creighton and Marilyn Schlote of Norfolk; and her parents-in-law, Barbara Schlote of Bloomfield, Milford Kumm (Hattie) of Osmond, Robert Kumm (Lavern) of Lincoln and Elaine Timmerman (Lloyd) of Osmond. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren.
