We bid farewell to Jim Lovejoy of Bloomfield, Nebraska, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 17, 2025 at the age of 88. Jim touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Rueben Lovejoy and Verna Lovejoy (Norton); his wives, Joyce Norman and Neva Hamilton; his granddaughter Andrea True (Lovejoy); his siblings, Gilbert, Willard, Evelyn Klein (Mike) and Lucille Lance; and his brothers-in-law, LaNoy Norman, Delwyn Norman and Ronald Norman.
He is survived by: his sons, Bradley (Gayleen) of Bloomfield and Bryan (Pam) of Norfolk; his grandchildren, Jessica Willuweit (Austin), Jenna Krienert, James Lovejoy, Tina Naslund (Dennis) and Sara Lovejoy (Brandon Klinetobe); his great grandchildren, Kennady, Brynlee, Talen Krienert, Emery, Ellis Willuweit, Gus Naslund and Oliver Klinetobe; his brother-in-law Darrel Norman (Carol); his close friend Kelly Smith; and his pet Farkle.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the First Trinity Lutheran Church (404 Main St, Bloomfield, NE 68718). A memorial service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
