He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Frye and Mattie Frye (Whitnack); his wife Tammy Sue (Method); and his siblings, Bobby Frye, Monte Frye, Harold "Punky" Frye, Mary Ann Snyder, Betty Grady and Rose Ackerman.
He is survived by: his children, Stan Frye, Jr. of Elkhorn, NE, Susan Cady (Angela) of Oklahoma, Angela Talley (Jessie) of Blair, Nicole Frye of Blair, Kendra Frye of Blair and Aliah Strong (Caleb) of Blair; his niece Shannon Smeal of Fremont, NE; his sister Alice Gorman of Brookings, OR; and his brother-in-law George Ackerman of Tekamah, NE. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren, with one on the way; many nieces, nephews and cousins.
