He is survived by: his daughter Shay Penke (Edward Gartenmayer); his father Herman Penke; his brother Reese Penke; his parents-in-law, Don and Susan Tolbert; his sister-in-law Shonna Snow; and his nephew Devon Snow. He is also survived by extended family and countless friends.
In the lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the family for later designation.
