Mourton and Adam Cushing; his grandchildren, Joel, Allen, Chase, Brianna, Caleb and Zachary; his great grandchild Kaiden; his sister Rita Christensen; his brother-in-law Tony Christensen; his goddaughter Kirsten; his brother Randy Plugge; his siblings-in-law, Pat Plugge, Jeffrey Dixon and Jim Dixon; his nephew Hank; his godson Malissie Plugge; and his friend Roger.
