He was predeceased by: his parents, Madolin Jensen (Richter) and James Jensen; and his brothers, James and Richard. He is survived by: his daughters, Ellen Wells (Jim) of Omaha and Jean Berck (Allen) of Omaha; his wife Janice Welton of Blair; his sisters, Phyllis Bellows of Omaha and Kathy Vinton (Jeff) of Cary; and his sister-in-law Sandra Jensen of Littleton, Colorado. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
