He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Plugge and Ellenora Plugge; and his brothers, Roger and Rick Plugge. He is survived by: his sister Rita Christensen (Tony); his sisters-in-law, Juli Plugge and Patty Plugge; and his stepdaughter Sarah Keller. He is also survived by nephews and nieces and great nephew and nieces; along with extended family and countless friends.
