She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Miller Farrens and Carol Farrens (Richard Hancock); her son John Hancock; her granddaughter Stephanie Vittitoe; her great grandchild Sophia Biltoft; and her brother Vaughn Farrens.

She is survived by: her children, Jackie Sterns (Jack), Joyce Top (Fred) and Jeff Hancock (Cora); and her daughter-in-law Sharon Hancock. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.
