He is survived by: his wife Mary Kay; his daughters, Cindy Miller and Kathy Bender (Tony); his grandchildren, Derek Bender (Laura), Brett Bender (Nicky), Heather Drew and Heidi Knedler (Jon); his great grandchildren, Teddy, Macy Drew, Krew Bender and Phoenix Knedler; his brother-in-law Jerry Uehling; and his extended family, Peggy Uehling, Dave Woodring (Connie), Don Woodring (Linda), Duane Woodring (Shelly), Connie Custard, Bill Rathjen (Glenda), Lois Rasmussen (Norlan), Lynn Waring (Kathy) and Judy McConaughy.
