She was predeceased by: her father Harold D. Jensen; her grandparents, Holly, Bernice Jensen, Francis McIntosh (Soc) and Juanita McIntosh; and her brother-in-law David Toft.
She is survived by: her mother Gladys E Jensen; and her siblings, Larry Jensen (Leslie), Nadine Toft and Joann Addy (Mike). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews, along with many friends, and all the special caretakers.
