He is survived by: his mother Lela Thompson (Sheets); his wife Tammy Steffen; his children, Nick Thompson (Sydney), Rusty Thompson (Mindy), Taylor Hazen (Matthew), Caddon Keatts and Hannah Keatts; his grandchildren, Gage, Nadine, Avery, Finley, Ryan, Trevor, Kamden, Ace and Ivy; his brothers, Craig Thompson (Debbie) and Scott Thompson (Ellen); and his parents-in-law, Jamie Steffen, Tina Hirst (Kevin), Cory Steffen, Bernie and Linda Steffen. He is also survived by friends, and extended family.
