He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Brewer and Leona Brewer (Sleeth); his wife Barbara; his siblings, Harold, Donald, Cleo, Velta and Donna; his daughter Cynthia Niemann; and his daughter-in-law Melodie Brewer.
He is survived by: his children, Debra Wilson (Kirk), Teresa Clabaugh (Rick), Leonard Kelly, Leo Brewer, Clint Brewer and Tina Bilslend (James); his sister Genevieve Emanuel; and his sister-in-law Fern Pate. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
