He was predeceased by: his parents, Chris Bolton and Willie Bolton; his daughter Tracy; and his brothers, Jim and Bill.
He is survived by: his wife Cindy Matzen; his sons, Steven and Steve Bolton (Nicole); his grandchildren, Justine, Sarah and Joshua; and his siblings, Sharon, Gloria, Mary, Shirley, Bob and Pat. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.
