He is survived by: his wife LaVern; his children, Brad Hoogner (Mary), Brent Hoogner (Gay), Tracy Gibbs (Doug) and Todd Hoogner (Karen); and his grandchildren, Gregory (Kari), Jessica, Amanda, Jordan, Natalie, Joshua and Emily.
