James Woodard Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of James Woodard of Blair, Nebraska, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 2, 2025 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Woodard and Helen Woodard; his grandson Davey Henley; and his son-in-law Jerry Underwood. He is survived by: his wife Kay; his children, Deb Woodard, Mike Woodard and Becky Underwood; and his grandchildren, Dustin Woodard, Stacy Popish (John), Kiley Kastrup (Bryce), Mike Underwood (Cheree) and Jenny Leake. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Campbell Aman Funeral Home (444 S 17th St, Blair, NE 68008). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the First United Methodist Church (1656 Colfax St, Blair, NE 68008).
Memorials may be directed to the Blair Volunteer Fire and Rescue Squad or First United Methodist Church in Blair.
