He is survived by: his children, Brian Christensen (Erica), Dawn Klein (Bryan), Joanna Allen, Mandy Pippitt, Alicia Hardy, Kelly Salvo (Jim), Cindy Galus and Joey Hardy (Stacy); his sisters, Darlene Walker and Carol Clark; and his sisters-in-law, Gerry Booher and Patty Booher. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
