He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Tierney and Evelyn Tierney; and his brothers, Thomas Tierney and Michael Tierney. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Tierney (Bucy); his sons, Christopher Tierney (Becky) and Daniel Brad Tierney; his grandchildren, Megan, Tristan and Maura Tierney; his brothers, Gary Tierney (Leslie), Joseph Tierney (Dawn), Jerry Tierney (Sheila), Willard Tierney (Nancy), Steve Tierney and James Tierney; his sisters-in-law, Debbie Burger (Tierney) and Kim Kramer Vopnford (Tierney); his uncle Leo Spes of Fremont; his mother-in-law Connie Andersen; and his siblings-in-law, Peter Bucy, Tami Christoffersen (Tom), Kathy Petersen (Lynn) and Judy Finken (Keith). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
