He is survived by: his daughter Caitlin Ulmen (Nick) of Edina, MN; his sister Angie Alberico (Tim) of Omaha, NE; his sister-in-law Shirley Moore of Sergeant Bluff, IA; his stepmother Sherry Moore of Elk City, NE; his siblings, Deana Bannister (Tory) of Elkhorn, NE, William Moore of Elk City, NE and Gerrad Moore (Nicole) of Omaha, NE; his grandchildren, William and Loretta Ulmen; his nieces and nephews, Jacci Barge (Aaron), Cassie Alberico, Callie Myers (Jared), Dylan Moore (Lexie), Haley Hatcher-Storm, Trenton, Taylor Bannister, Dayton, Avery and Liam Moore; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Chloe, Paetyn and Taetym Barge; and his close friend Shannon. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and many cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial may be directed to Nebraska Medicine Buffet Cancer Center or the American Cancer Society.
