He was predeceased by: his grandfather Raymond Loomis; and his great-grandparents, Max Krems, Evelyn, Charles Foster, Samuel, Maude, Elmer and Helen Mundt.

He is survived by: his parents, Kendall Foster and Jennifer Foster (Loomis); his brother Kris Kopetzky (Megan Orth); his grandparents, Greg, Deb Foster and Diana Loomis; and his great-grandparent Mary Krems. He is also survived by many Aunts, Uncles, cousins, and special friends.

A memorial has been established in Owen's name.
