He is survived by: his caregiver Nettie Jane Kriha; his children, Nancy Marie (Kelly) of Lincoln, NE, Jerome Eugene, Daniel Dean, John Andrew (DeLois) of Cedar Falls, IA., Patricia Dambrava (Linas) of Aurora, CO, Susan Armstrong of Lincoln, NE, Wanda Meredith (Roger) of Havre, MT., Jerry Radke of Big Springs and Dan Radke (Sandra) of Eldridge, IA; and his sister-in-law Carol Juett (Paul) of Sidney, NE.
