He was predeceased by: his father Ronald Arnold; and his wife Karen Arnold (Poythress). He is survived by: his mother Nicole Arnold; his daughter Brittany; his son-in-law Jay; his grandsons, Jon and Hunter Arnold; his son Riley Poythress; his brother Ronald S. Arnold; his nieces, Montica Salazar, Theressa Johnson, Patti Farmer and Melissa Arnold; and his brother Dayton Christensen. He is also survived by many great nieces and nephews, cousins, aunts and uncle, and many, many friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Prairie Hills Funeral Home - Julesburg (310 W 5th St, Julesburg, CO 80737). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Assembly of God Church (200 W Cedar St, Big Springs, NE 69122).
A memorial has been established in Derick's memory for later designation.
