Dvorak of Big Springs, Nebraska, born in Sidney, Nebraska, who passed away on July 24, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis J. Dvorak and Angeline E. Dvorak (Prince); his daughter Amy; his close friend Carol Ann Christenson; and his siblings, Joseph, Don and Patsy.
He is survived by: his significant other Carol Ann Christenson; his children, Glenn, Bart and Crystal; and his sister Diane.
A trust has been set up in Duane's name, and the family respectfully requests that any donations be made to it through Points West Bank.
