He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Stump and Virginia Stump (Sargent); and his stepmother Della Stump. He is survived by: his wife Dot Stump of Milburn; his son JoeBob (Melinda); his grandchildren, Maddie and Hayden; his stepson Eric Millison (Maggie); and his stepgrandchildren, Maddy Lee and Austin.
