It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Terry L. Nelsen of Bertrand, Nebraska, born in Callaway, Nebraska, who passed away on January 31, 2021, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Roy and Shirley Mae Nelsen (Stockham). He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Joyce Wilken of Bertrand; his children, Cory of Fargo and Chris Nelsen (Julie) of Kearney; his grandson Morgan Thyne; and his siblings, Sharon Stahlecker (Randy) of Alma, Nebraska, Wayne Nelsen (Bev) of Omaha, Nebraska and Gary Nelsen (Deb) of Marysville, Kansas.
Due to health concerns, regarding the COVID-19 pandemic; current CDC and Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services guidelines for Faith-Based Services and Gatherings will be followed.
A memorial has been established in Terry's honor and kindly suggested to Hope Lutheran Church of rural Smithfield and the Bertrand Volunteer Rescue Unit.
