She was predeceased by: her parents, Nylise Orville Woodrow and Frances Samuelson (Nelson); her parents-in-law, Orville and Edna Daake; her sisters-in-law, Marlene Samuelson, Maxine Samuelson, Linda Daake and Elaine Koratsky; her aunts and uncles, Thor (Zeadelle Matson), Dellman (Dorothy Samuelson), Bonnie Samuelson and Lowell Nelson; and her nephews, Darwin Samuelson and Billy Elliott.
She is survived by: her husband Keith Daake of Bertrand; her children, Jackie Holt (John), John Daake (Michelle) and Julie Nelson (James); her grandson Josh Holt (Shiani); her children, JC Holt (Kylen), Joe Holt (Madison), Jory Holt (Lindsay), Autumn Holt, Wyatt, Samuel Daake, Jonah, Thunder, Hunter, Noah, Creed and Zeke Nelson; her brothers, Allen Samuelson (Darlene), Myron Samuelson (Sharilyn), Ivan Samuelson and Darryl Samuelson (Karen); her aunt Gloria Nelson; her brother-in-law Fred Daake (Shirley); and also Randy Daake (Cheri).
