He is survived by: his wife Carole Lynn Slonina; his sisters, Pauline Rogers and Mary Rhoads; and his children, Nickona of Oklahoma, Tanya of Ohio, Nancy of Ohio, Henry (Hank), Crystal of Broken Bow, Mary of Holdrege, Jaclyn of Bertrand and Victoria of Bertrand. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
