He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Russell Puckett and Minnie Puckett; his sons, Rusty, Randy (Tammy), Philip Jr. (Lori), Rick (Flora) and Richard; his wife Vinnie Janis; and his grandchildren, Shannon, Tess, Sadie, Lea, Chevelle Puckett, Derek, Sara Puckett, Shelby Quintin, Kasey Puckett, Cameron Lafferty, Roxanne, Chance Puckett, Cole, Kyle Puckett, Sarah, Cristina Red Owl and Little Richard. He was also cherished by twenty-one great-grandchildren.
