He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul H. Willis and Clara Wieck Willis (Weick); and his brothers, Lonny Willis and Allen Dunn. He is survived by: his wife Ann Willis; his children, Monte Willis (Tina Schade Willis), Erin Willis Loucks (Patrick Loucks) and Megan Gutmann (Keith Gutmann); his grandchildren, Connor and Declan Willis (Monte); and his children, PJ, Micahlyn, Easton Loucks (Erin), Keith Jr., Kyra, Kate, Kalel Gutmann and Gracia Rojas (Megan).

Memorials are suggested to the Alzheimer's Association or to the Lincoln Children's Zoo.
