He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Martin and Eva Martin (Freeland); and his siblings, Loueva Makinster, Dortha Lyons, Frances Moranville, Fern Mathews, Joe and Ben Martin.
He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Shrum of Benkelman; his former spouse Jackie Martin of Benkelman, NE; his children, Jyl Ellis, Larry Bryan of Greeley, CO., Joni Schilke (Bobby) of Lamar, NE, Tami Hayward (Kelly) of Parks, NE and TJ Martin (Kristy) of Keystone, NE.; his grandchildren, April Jessee, Autumn Woltemath and Austin Ellis; his great grandchildren, Holden, Peyton Woltemath, Rayn, Stone, Grant Jessee, Cadence, Keziah, Tristan, Harley, Hudson Ellis, Britan Meints, Bronson, Brody, Bond Blair, Harlow Wilkinson and Nora Martin; and his great great grandchildren, Burke and Kit Meints.
