He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Welshans and Doris Hatten Welshans. He is survived by: his wife Jeneane; his brother Dave Welshans (Debbie); his children, Jeff Welshans (Nicole), Tracy Welshans Elmshaeuser (Scott) and Amy Welshans Kriz (Tim); and his stepsons, Todd Phelps (Sarah), Jay Phelps (Kris), Mike Phelps and Darrell Phelps (Christina). He is also survived by 21 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
