He was predeceased by: his wife Fern; and his sister Kay Salewich. He is survived by: his children, Debbie Berg (Tom), Karen Duffy, Rebecca Banks (Greg), Leslie Amick, Bill Swarbrick (Jackie) and Rick Swarbrick (Peggy); and his siblings, Dorothy Stein, Fran Banting, George Swarbrick (Joanne), Linda Snyders (Renus) and Jane Quark (Dave). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren.
