It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William O. Pokorny (Bellevue, Nebraska), who passed away on October 14, 2018, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Pokorny and Bessie Pokorny; his siblings, George Pokorny and Georgia Slama; and his daughters, Diane, Jean Marie and JoAnn.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy M. Pokorny (Codr); his children, Duane Pokorny (Kathy) and Kenneth Pokorny (Gina); his grandchildren, Medesta Ball and Jamie Miller; his great grandchildren, Jase Miller and Olivia Miller; his niece Kelly Slama (Mark Basil); and his nephew Kevin Slama (Amy). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
