She was predeceased by: her parents, Asmus Maass and Elsie 'Stuehm Maass; and her husband Marvin Doerneman. She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Doerneman and Judy Harris (Duke). She is also survived by six grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.

Memorials are suggested to Knights of Columbus or Fremont Eagles Club.
