He is survived by: his wife Jamie; his children, Ray'Lynn, Reece, Ryeiah and River Skaggs; his parents, Victor Skaggs, and Donna Skaggs, Sr.; and his siblings, Tamara Jackson (Barry), Chris Kartchner (Stephanie) and Jacqueline Skaggs. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
