He was predeceased by: his daughter Vivian Leigh Lemke; and his father Raymond L. Lemke. He is survived by: his daughters, Sarah Eve Lemke and Danielle Rose Lemke; his mother Gwenivere D. Lemke; and his brothers, Scott Lemke (Amy), Todd Raymond Lemke (Sandy) and Bradley Stephen Lemke. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
