He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Baye; and his siblings, Jack Baye, Clementine Redlinger, Mary Ann Mangiameli, Catherine Hays, Rose Cutshall and Martin Baye.
He is survived by: his wife Helen; his children, Michael Baye (Virginia), Mary Virginia "Ginny" Burrall, Robert Baye (Anthony Armstrong), Patricia Baye and Susan Griswold (Robert); his grandchildren, Emily Drew (David), Audrey Gilroy (John), John Burrall (Amber), Courtney Garcia (Lionel), Robert, Elisabeth and Madison Griswold; his sister Patricia Vrchlavsky; and his siblings-in-law, Don Cutshall and Kay Baye. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
