He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Latier and Hazel "Jerry" Latier (Schooling). He is survived by: his granddaughter Aubrey; his wife Vickie; his children, Amy Nichols (Matt), Ann Boone (Tony), Scott Rynders (Emily) and Andrew Rynders (Shelby Feick); his grandchildren, Payton, Maryn and Finn; and his brothers, Mike, Rich, Don (Kim) and Pat (Karen). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Military Honors: Offutt Air Force Base Honor Guard, Memorials will be directed by the family.
