He is survived by: his children, David Trail (Dawn) of Lincoln, Nebraska, Julie Benes (Dan) of Wahoo, Nebraska, Josh Trail (Beth) of Bellevue, Nebraska and Matt Trail (Justin) of Phoenix, Arizona; his siblings, Margaret Nielsen (Dale) of Papillion, Nebraska, Virginia Trail (Vern) of Apache Junction, Arizona and Richard Trail (Ann) of McCook; and his grandchildren, Brenden Trail (Andrea), Cameron Trail, Reagan Benes, Daniel Benes, Adrianna Trail, Madison Trail, Titan Trail, Emry Trail and Mirriam Trail.
