She was predeceased by: her husband Milton. She is survived by: her son Steven Horn (Randi); her grandchildren, Nichole Alward (Chris) and Scott Horn (Nicole); her great grandchildren, Aleksia and Steven Alward; and her brother Robert Duvall.
