He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Bayless and Rex Bayless. He is survived by: his sons, Andy S., Spencer E. (Lindsey) and Tyler J. (Kassi); his siblings, Joseph Bayless (Jenny Eichler), Dave Bayless (Tiffany) and Rosanna Bayless; his grandchildren, Jack, Parker, Chase, Ben and Alex; and his nephew Brian Dunshee.
